Numeros y contar
Count from 1 to 100, tell the time, and ask how much something costs.
Numbers unlock shops, transport and appointments. Learn 1 to 20 first (uno to veinte), then the tens (treinta, cuarenta, cincuenta…) and stitch them as treinta y uno, cuarenta y dos, up to cien.
For the clock, use ¿Qué hora es? Answers follow Es la una (1 o'clock) or Son las… for every other hour. Add y media for half past and y cuarto / menos cuarto for quarter past and quarter to.
Prices use the same digits. Ask ¿Cuánto cuesta? or ¿Cuánto es? Listen for euros or local currency words, then confirm with a short repeat of the number you heard.
Drill three scenes: bus departure time, market stall total, and a café bill. Say the number aloud before you answer. When counting feels steady, jump to food vocabulary so you can order what you counted.
